Information collected

Appointment requests include your name, email, phone, property address, selected service, measurements, preferred date, notes, and terms acceptance. No customer account is required to request an estimate or appointment.

How information is used

Information is used to prepare estimates, respond to requests, schedule service, and process payment when selected. When notification delivery is configured, appointment details are sent to the business through its email provider.

Square booking and payment

When booking from a website quote, your selected services, measurements, estimate, contact details, property address, notes, and selected appointment are sent to Square. If you pay online, you are redirected to Square’s secure hosted checkout to choose an eligible payment method and complete the charge. Premiere does not receive or store your full card number. If you choose to pay in person, no online payment is created. Square processes information under its own privacy policy.

Storage and providers

Appointment records are stored in the site’s database. Hosting providers process data needed to operate the site. A secure browser cookie identifies your booking session so retries can be linked to the same request. It expires after 30 days. Notification email uses Resend when configured.

Your choices

Only submit information needed for your cleaning request. Direct email and text buttons open your own messaging app; delivery occurs only when you send. Contact the business to request access, corrections, or deletion. Business contact details and a retention policy are pending final setup.
