Estimates and scope

Online estimates use the selected service, the supplied surface area or window pane count, and the applicable minimum service charge. They are not binding final quotes. Measurements, materials, condition, access, and any additional work must be reviewed and agreed before service begins.

Appointment requests

Submitting a request does not reserve a confirmed time. Premiere Pressure Washing must confirm availability, service location, and scope directly. Weather or unsafe site conditions may require rescheduling.

Property access and preparation

Provide accurate property details and disclose loose finishes, damaged surfaces, leaks, electrical hazards, and other known issues. Agree on access, water availability, and preparation with the business before the visit. Keep people and pets away from the work area.

Results and additional work

Results depend on the surface and existing condition. Some stains or discoloration may remain. Restoration, repair, sealing, and specialty treatments are excluded unless agreed in writing. No additional work should proceed without an agreed scope and price.

Changes, payment, and concerns

Contact the business as soon as possible to request a change or cancellation. Payment method, timing, and any applicable fees must be disclosed and agreed before service. Online payments are completed on Square’s secure hosted checkout; this website never receives or stores full card numbers. Customers may instead choose to pay in person. Any price change after an on-site scope review requires customer approval. Raise concerns promptly so the business can review them.

Agreement

By submitting an appointment request, you acknowledge these terms and authorize contact about the requested service. This is not consent to unrelated marketing. These draft terms must be finalized with the business’s contact details and applicable policies before public launch.
